Danny O'Connor is an accomplished professional boxer, trainer, and youth mentor. Starting his boxing career in 2003, Danny has met a multitude of athletic achievements which include being a 2008 Olympic Team Member, 2007 & 2008 USA National Team Member, 2008 USA National Champion, 2008 National Golden Gloves Champion, and a 3 Time Local New England Golden Gloves Champion. He has been voted most outstanding boxer within tournaments, taken home the New England Welterweight Championship Belt, and has competed against England, Ireland, Russia, and the Dominican Republic.


With 26 wins throughout his professional career and only 3 losses, Danny O'Connor has previously been ranked 15th in world by IBF and 22nd in the world by the World Boxing Association. His athletic career has been showcased on networks such as ESPN, FOXSPORTS1, NBC, Showtime Sports and more. Danny O'Connor has been the main event nationally at the Boston Garden, Gillette Stadium, Agganis Arena, the House of Blues, and more.


Danny has trained all over the country at facilities which include the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Plex Performance in Houston Texas, Athletes Performance in Phoenix Arizona, and Murphy's Boxing in Boston.


As a youth mentor and outreach counselor Danny is a continuous student progressively educating himself in the world of health and mindfulness. His academic resume in this field includes accredited courses from UMASS Medical School, UMASS Boston, and Harvard University that focus on mindfulness based stress reduction, addiction counseling and education, mindfulness self compassion, integrating internal family systems, and meditation.
